This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Everett Residents Directory is a private reference, so it cannot obtain or certify records, verify who lives at an address, or alter an official roll or database. Direct those requests to the agency holding the record. For an emergency, call 911. Anyone facing stalking or harassment should contact local law enforcement.

Find the Right Everett Custodian

Use the record type to choose the appropriate Everett or Middlesex County office:

  • A parcel, owner, or street lead: begin with the Everett street directory, then use the Assessor or Registry route it identifies
  • A past household or directory volume: use the Everett city directory collections and their library or archive links
  • One person or a record match: consult the Everett resident lookup route and confirm with the actual custodian
  • Office contacts behind each source: see Everett resident records offices
  • A defined record not online: send the custodian a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66 §10 and c.4 §7(26)
