Information You Enter
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered in a search form are sent to the third-party provider that supplies its results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting services create customary logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated activity to maintain the service and understand general readership. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.
How We Use It
We use limited technical information to operate the site, diagnose issues, measure traffic, and improve its pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Other Sites and Services
Links may lead to Everett and Massachusetts records portals, library collections, archives, or third-party search services. Each destination controls its own privacy practices for information submitted there. This includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the site process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise do not share it.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. Because there are no accounts, the site does not maintain a visitor password or profile.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor provided information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Requests and Record Limits
You may ask about information this site keeps by using the Contact page. Because we retain very little, we can review the contact mailbox and applicable server logs and remove what we find. We do not represent that one comprehensive Massachusetts consumer-privacy statute or universal deletion portal governs all records described here.
Government-held records are controlled by the relevant custodian. The Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66 §10 with c.4 §7(26), governs requests for existing nonexempt public records but does not require an agency to create a new list or disclose protected material. Record-specific limits include the Address Confidentiality Program under M.G.L. c.9A and 950 CMR 130.00, voter protections in M.G.L. c.51 §§37 and 47C, vital-record restrictions in M.G.L. c.46 §§1 and 2A, and driver-information limits under the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. §2721 et seq. Requests about those records, corrections, confidentiality, or redaction belong with the official custodian.
